Couriers and delivery options

We deliver via Econt or Speedy — your choice at checkout. You can collect your parcel at a convenient courier office or have it delivered to an address.

• Speedy — to an office or to an address;
• Speedy EU — to an office or to an address (we need an email address, a phone number from the destination country, and an office or delivery address).

Delivery times and cost

The usual delivery time for in-stock items is [NUMBER] business days after the order is confirmed. Personalized items are made to order, with the timeline agreed before production.

The delivery cost is set by the chosen courier's tariff and is paid by the customer [on receipt / in advance]. We will confirm the delivery cost and payment method after the order.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us with an unambiguous statement — by email at [ИМЕЙЛ] or by filling in the standard form below. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

We refund the payments received for the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them back. The goods must be returned in good, resaleable condition.

Who pays for the return

The direct cost of returning the goods on withdrawal is borne by the customer. Where the goods are defective or do not match the order, the cost of return and replacement is borne by the seller.

Personalized products

Personalized and made-to-order products (the personalized boxes configured on the site, with your chosen colors, text and logo, as well as items made to an individual project) are NOT subject to the 14-day withdrawal, under Art. 57(3) of the Consumer Protection Act.

Standard (non-personalized) catalog products keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal described above.

Within the statutory period, personalized products may be returned ONLY in case of a defect or non-conformity (a complaint). The 2-year statutory guarantee under the ЗПЦСЦУ applies in full and is not affected by the above.

Complaints
