Couriers and delivery options

We deliver via Econt or Speedy (DPD) — your choice at checkout. You can collect your parcel from a convenient courier office or have it delivered to an address.

• Econt — to an office or an address;
• Speedy — to an office or an address;
• Speedy (DPD) EU — to an office or an address. We require an email address, a telephone number from the destination country, and either a courier office address or a personal delivery address.

Delivery times and costs

The standard production time is 5 working days after order confirmation. Personalized items are made to order, and the production time is agreed before production begins.

For deliveries within Bulgaria the cost is set by the chosen courier's tariff and is paid on delivery — the price shown on the site is indicative and is not charged in advance. For international orders the delivery cost is calculated automatically, included in the total, and paid at checkout.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the order without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us through an unambiguous statement by emailing eiemanoilov@gmail.com or by completing the standard withdrawal form below. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notification.

We will refund the payments received for the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back. The goods must be returned in good condition and suitable for resale.

Who pays for the return

The direct costs of returning goods following withdrawal are borne by the customer. Where the goods are defective or do not conform to the order, the costs of return and replacement are borne by the seller.

Personalized products

Personalized and individually made products, including personalized boxes configured through the website with colors, text and logos selected by you, as well as products made according to an individual project, are NOT subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Standard, non-personalized catalog products retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal described above.

Personalized products may be returned only in the event of a defect or lack of conformity. The two-year statutory guarantee under the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods remains fully applicable and is not affected by the above.
