These terms govern the relationship between C&F Craft and any customer who places an order through the online store. By ticking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

The seller under these terms is Business Active 2016 LTD, company ID 204029186, registered address: 1 Rayko Daskalov Street, Office 11, Pernik, Bulgaria, email: eiemanoilov@gmail.com, telephone: +359 888 993 042.
Products and prices
All prices in the store are in euros (EUR). The displayed prices include VAT.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately depending on the selected courier and delivery address. The seller may change prices, but any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Some items are made to order, including personalized boxes with customer-selected colors, text and logos, as well as products created according to an individual project. Images and samples are illustrative. Minor differences in color and texture that are typical of 3D printing may occur. Special return rules apply to these personalized products, as described in the “Personalized products” section below.
Order and formation of the contract
- The customer selects products, adds them to the cart and enters the required delivery information.
- The order is confirmed after successful payment through Stripe.
- The contract between the customer and the seller is concluded when the customer receives confirmation on the website and by email.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery and contact information provided.
Payment
Payment is made by bank card through the secure Stripe payment platform. The seller does not have access to the customer's card details. The order is processed after the payment has been confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Econt or Speedy (DPD) to a courier office or an address selected by the customer within the European Union. Delivery times, delivery costs and return conditions are described in the “Delivery & Returns” section.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the goods, pursuant to Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
The right of withdrawal applies to standard, non-personalized catalog products. Personalized and made-to-order products are subject to the special rules described in the “Personalized products” section below.
The conditions and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, including the standard withdrawal form, are described in the “Delivery & Returns” section.
Personalized products
Personalized and made-to-order products, including personalized boxes configured on the website and products made according to an individual project, are manufactured according to your order and personal specifications. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such products pursuant to Article 57, item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
These products may be returned in the event of a defect or lack of conformity by submitting a complaint. In such cases, the statutory remedies under Bulgarian consumer law apply in full, including bringing the goods into conformity, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract where the applicable legal conditions are met.
Standard, non-personalized catalog products retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal described above.
Complaints and statutory guarantee
The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to eiemanoilov@gmail.com. Please describe the problem and include photographs and the order number so that the complaint can be processed as quickly as possible.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or the relevant alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law.
Governing law and changes
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian law. The seller may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page and applies to orders placed after its publication.
